Skin Barrier Rosak?

Pernah tak rasa kulit muka sangat kering, merekah dan terlalu ketat? Selain itu, kulit muka juga terasa gatal dan agak sensitif? Hal ini kerana, skin barrier ataupun pelindung kulit kita telah rosak atau kata lain telah tersakiti.

Apa sebenarnya itu Skin Barrier? 

Skin barrier ialah lapisan permukaan kulit yang melindungi kulit daripada sinaran UV, infeksi bakteria dan menjaga kelembapan kulit.

Mengapa Skin Barrier ini boleh rosak?

Pertama sekali, kerana kita terlalu kerap mencuci muka menggunakan pencuci muka jenis high pH  and tak sesuai dengan kulit muka. Selain itu, kerap exfoliate kulit juga salah satu punca skin barrier rosak. Tidak menggunakan sunscreen dan gaya hidup yang tidak sihat juga menjadi sebab skin barrier rosak.

Oleh itu, jika kita nampak tanda-tanda skin barrier kita dah rosak, segeralah perbaiki skin barrier supaya kembali sihat :

- Use skincare (cleanser, ceramide cream and sunscreen, when skin barrier dah sembuh bolehlah step by step gunakan toner, serum, mask etc) yang menggunakan bahan ceramides, fatty acids, vitamin C.

- Amalkan gaya hidup sihat ^^

I failed my interview with SPP

Lately i'm feeling anxious about my life. It's because i'm still jobless and the interview with SPP don't go well. Last week i received the result (phase 1) for my interview with SPP and i'm not lucky enough because i failed but it's alright maybe not my rezeki yet to be a teacher.

Actually, one of my wishes this year is to get an occupation as a teacher but because i failed i just hope before the end of the year i will get any other job. I'm afraid my academic will affect the interview session (because of my education background as a ISMP graduate) but i hope it not become an issue to employer out there. I will definitely do my best working in any work i get.

Well, i fail the interview with SPP but my loan with PTPTN is "lunas" already @ im not paying a single cent because i apply to convert the loan to biasiswa as i got first class on degree. I'm happy because one of my wishes come true even though i failed the interview to be a teacher. I'm free from PTPTN loan!!

Lastly, i hope my anxious will fade away "seiring waktu berjalan". I thanks to God for this incredible life. May my life and my family life will be blessing with happiness and a good health always.

Pengambilan 18702 guru secara one off

Selaku graduan pendidikan yang belum menjadi guru, kenyataan Menteri Pendidikan Dr. Mohd Radzi bin Md. Jidin pada 20 Jun, lalu iaitu akan adanya pengambilan 18702 guru secara one off bermula 7 Julai 2021 sangatlah mengujakan. 

Dalam keterujaan, secebis harapan timbul agar diri ini merupakan salah satu daripada 18702 insan yang terpilih untuk mengisi kelompangan yang diperlukan. Doakan diri saya mendapat peluang untuk di temuduga dan selanjutnya berjaya mendapatkan jawatan guru ini. Amin.

Tak sabarnya 7 Julai nanti, dahlah sekarang pun rasa gembira, nervous, dan lain-lain lagi asyik muncul. Tiap masa teringatkan tentang pengambilan one off ni. Angka guru yang diperlukan kelihatan banyak jumlahnya tetapi rasa risau tidak dapat dibendung kerana pelbagai kemungkinan akan terjadi. Hanya doa penguat diriku untuk terus percaya jika ada rezeki untuk menjadi guru dalam masa terdekat ini maka melalui pengambilan one off ini akan bermulalah kerjaya menjadi guru.

Lastly, tak nak berharap sangat takut kecewa nanti. Jika memang dalam 18702 itu terselit sekali diri ini syukur puji Tuhan. Apa yang penting bermula hari ini, persiapkan diri untuk interview nanti (harapnya tersenarai dalam individu yang akan di iv). Semoga diri ini dipermudahkan urusan dalam pengambilan guru one off bermula 7 Julai nanti.

Spoiler alert to anime fans: Is Attack on Titan ended great?

Hello readers. Long time no update.

Anyway, Attack on Titan (manga) officially ended last week. Actually, i don't read manga so i don't want to know the ending yet but because the news about AOT is everywhere i finally ended seeing it too and i'm crying really hard because one of my favorite character was died. He died leaving hope of freedom for paradis island. But what more sad is he actually want to live with his love one, he's crying for help but because there is no other option he's ended dying. He also choose his path like that because of how bigger his love for someone that he love and care much. And he is Eren Yeager, the man who fought for freedom until the end of his life.

So is AOT ended well? For me, 50 yes 50 no. The reason for 50 no is because the protagonist dead, that it. Btw, I will wait next year to see if i think AOT ended well or not. Maybe there is different ending for anime fans? jk..😭

Anyway, final eps for (animation) season4 part2 will be airing on next year. I hope the graphic animation will back like season1,2,3 because i don't really like the season4 part1 graphics, it's a great storyline but not really exciting to watch..
