Fitness Plan for November

Setelah sekian lama tak ber 'workout', bulan November ini nak cabar diri untuk back on track again macam bulan Mei, Jun lalu. Lagipun, berat dah bertambah ke angka 60+ kg dan kulit kaki muncul urat-urat besar berwarna biru merah. Selain itu, takut kalau tanpa sedar rupanya dah obese lepas tu penyakit pun senang nak serang sebabnya selain dah tak buat workout, pemakanan pun tak jaga langsung. Jadi, sebab hal dekat atas i will share my fitness @ workout plan for November :

WEEKLY FITNESS PLAN

Monday        : Upper Body Exercises + NO sugar
Tuesday       : Lower Body Exercises + NO snack
Wednesday : Dance, Senamrobik + NO sugar
Thursday     : Full Body Exercises + NO sugar
Friday           : HIIT + NO snack
Saturday.     : Full Body Exercises 
Sunday         : Stretching, Yoga

start : 12 November 2021
until : 30 November 2021

*from this plan i hope i will lose some weight too and back to 50+ kg before December!!*

Skin Barrier Rosak?

Pernah tak rasa kulit muka sangat kering, merekah dan terlalu ketat? Selain itu, kulit muka juga terasa gatal dan agak sensitif? Hal ini kerana, skin barrier ataupun pelindung kulit kita telah rosak atau kata lain telah tersakiti.

Apa sebenarnya itu Skin Barrier? 

Skin barrier ialah lapisan permukaan kulit yang melindungi kulit daripada sinaran UV, infeksi bakteria dan menjaga kelembapan kulit.

Mengapa Skin Barrier ini boleh rosak?

Pertama sekali, kerana kita terlalu kerap mencuci muka menggunakan pencuci muka jenis high pH  and tak sesuai dengan kulit muka. Selain itu, kerap exfoliate kulit juga salah satu punca skin barrier rosak. Tidak menggunakan sunscreen dan gaya hidup yang tidak sihat juga menjadi sebab skin barrier rosak.

Oleh itu, jika kita nampak tanda-tanda skin barrier kita dah rosak, segeralah perbaiki skin barrier supaya kembali sihat :

- Use skincare (cleanser, ceramide cream and sunscreen, when skin barrier dah sembuh bolehlah step by step gunakan toner, serum, mask etc) yang menggunakan bahan ceramides, fatty acids, vitamin C.

- Amalkan gaya hidup sihat ^^

I failed my interview with SPP

Lately i'm feeling anxious about my life. It's because i'm still jobless and the interview with SPP don't go well. Last week i received the result (phase 1) for my interview with SPP and i'm not lucky enough because i failed but it's alright maybe not my rezeki yet to be a teacher.

Actually, one of my wishes this year is to get an occupation as a teacher but because i failed i just hope before the end of the year i will get any other job. I'm afraid my academic will affect the interview session (because of my education background as a ISMP graduate) but i hope it not become an issue to employer out there. I will definitely do my best working in any work i get.

Well, i fail the interview with SPP but my loan with PTPTN is "lunas" already @ im not paying a single cent because i apply to convert the loan to biasiswa as i got first class on degree. I'm happy because one of my wishes come true even though i failed the interview to be a teacher. I'm free from PTPTN loan!!

Lastly, i hope my anxious will fade away "seiring waktu berjalan". I thanks to God for this incredible life. May my life and my family life will be blessing with happiness and a good health always.
