Dua tiga hari ni i tak update blog sebabnya tugasan terlalu banyak :( apapun i akan cuba untuk update juga kalau sempat.

Actually sejak akhir-akhir ni i think i have anxiety. Tak tahu lah macamna i nak pulihkan masalah ni. Tetiba je datang. Bila i risau tangan i berair, lepastu detakan jantung pun cepat betul , n then rasa nak mengigil pun ada n nak pengsan pun ada.. i'm so worries :( :( I tried hard to calm myself but i think i get worst. Hopefully it not last long.
Sedikit maklumat mengenai anxiety,
- Menurut kamus anxiety ialah a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.
- Terdapat 5 major type anxiety disorder iaitu:
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Panic Disorder (i think this one i got)
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Social Phobia (or Social Anxiety Disorder)
